SHIPPING POLICY

For orders of single masks from within the UK, deliveries are typically sent 1st Class via Royal Mail, and should be with you within the next 3 - 5 working days.

For bulk orders of 100 units plus please allow 10 working days for delivery. Orders over £200 are sent tracked and insured.

All custom logo orders require a minimum of 12 working days for despatch.

For orders abroad, we use international standard delivery via the Royal Mail unless specified otherwise. European deliveries ought to arrive + 5 working days to UK delivery times.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Unfortunately facemasks are non-returnable due to hygine reasons however If you're unhappy with the item(s) you received, you are entitled to request a refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase. Please get in contact via the website contact form with any issues.

In the event that an item proves faulty / not as described then we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. If you'd otherwise like to return your order then please send on a tracked service to the return address on the package. Please wrap items appropriately for transit to avoid damage to goods or boxes.

Please allow 3-5 working days once the goods have returned, to give us time to process your return. All returns should be sent tracked as we cannot be held liable for returns being lost in transit.
